Psychology 324 is a companion course to Psychology 224. Students should be concurrently enrolled in both, have previously completed a social psychology lecture course, or plan on taking a social psychology lecture course as part of their completion of the Psychology major. Psychology 200 (Experimental Methods & Statistics) or a similar course is a prerequisite.
In this lab, students will become familiar with the methodological and measurement practices that are commonly employed in social psychological research, as well as data analytic techniques appropriate to test social psychological hypotheses. Both experimental and survey methods will be explored, with students completing activities and projects to gain relevant research experience.
